Does anybody out there know when you send a DV or Settlement Counter Offer via Fax, can you use the transmittal report in court that they recieved your docuement: I got the information below after doing some research, wanted to know for sure: " ...If you are faxing your validations, make sure your fax machine prints a transmittal report of each and every successful fax that shows the date, time, fax number and number of pages faxed. This is YOUR proof that the collection agency or debt collector (DC) received your validation request. " Thanks
I would also send your request via CMRRR as well as have the fax receipt in order to build up evidence of your attempts to contact them and resolve the matter
