I think you have to send the credit bureau a copy of the letter that you sent to the creditor which was not verified. Then you ask the credit bureau how they can verify a debt which the creditor couldnot verify to you. Then ask them to remove it. That has to been done before any sueing. Ask lizard though first.

SO IT'S SAFE TO SAY I CAN SEND A SUE LETTER AND AND OTHER LETTER DISPUTING MORE ACCOUNTS AND A LETTER TO REMOVE INQUIRES ALL AT THE SAME TIME
I have to check my reports but I got an account from Household Bank (AU on a GM MasterCard) deleted from Experian and I think it reappeared? Can I just call them and state that I want it blocked from reappearing?
