Is it time to Nutcase EQ and EX

    I have a letter from AMEX dated 5/13 stating that they would remove derogs... but give the CRAs 30 days.

    TU removed it immediately, but EX and EQ are slow!

    We are holding on applying for a mortgage until this TL is gone!

    I faxed each of them a copy of the Amex letter on Monday with a request that they remove the TL immediately, but neither has budged.

    Is it time to send a nutcase letter, or do I give them more time.

    I'd go ahead an mail them a copy of that letter too.

    I sent copies of the Amex letter... guess that's about all I can do for now.. oh yeah... and wait 30 days! OUCH!

    Hey Beenaflake--how did you get them to agree to remove the derog? I would love to know.
