I am wondering if it is worth it to dispute tl in my credit report while I am in a chapter 13? I would like to get all my bad stuff to say "included in BK" but because I am paying most of it back in the 13, the balance isn't really zero. I also have several judements that are being paid as a result of the chapter 13. Any advice from the experts out there?
this is a tough one. you never want to tell the CRA it was included in bankruptcy or give them your BK papers because you will have a difficult time getting those things removed later on. i understand where your coming from, but really dont know the best plan of attack. i'm thinkin gyou should wait until discharged and then attack as the not mine or never late method. ???
