I hope that everyone who is disputing with TU reads that, it really pissed me off. I started looking at hubby's too and his were not updated either. Also, one of my older accounts was deleted right off the bat when I first disputed in Oct, funny thing is with EQ and EX they were verified. When I called the CA they said that they had verified with EX and EQ because thise were the only 2 disputes that they received from CRA's. Sounds like they pick and choose what to verify and what not to. That account was old and the CA had to delete from EQ and EX, but it is the point, they (TU) never even sent out anything! They just deleted it??
This happened to me to BUT I was told by TU AND the OC that the OC is the one who decides if that date is changed to the last dispute date. When the date is changed to the more recent date it kills your score. Of course I'd rather the delete...
But on everything I have gotten there is a "last verified" date and a "placed" date. No on some of the other derogs(all deleted now) it has "updated" and "placed" I personally do not think that they are completely confident about what they are doing. Like I said not 5 minutes after I emailed Mr. Richman, Annie was calling back saying that she was deleting it. I know that she had not yet called the creditor because they called me(the recept) to apologize that no one that could remove the acct was there die to holiday and they would call me back first thing Thursday morning. Also..I checked hubby's report today, all his derogs have been removed too except for one which now states 0 balance 0 past due..no 30,90 or 120 past due nothing, but it is still listed as a negative with TU??? How does that happen? Does it carry any weight?
