sorry paypal is slow. use western union if you want fast money transfer.. aint going to happen. If you had all the ducks lined up, you could send her money, and with her paypal account and the paypal mastercard debit card, get the cash quickly.
They snail-mail to verify address when you set the account up. Takes a week or so. No credit check, though. breeze
