2 times (ON-LINE) then they make you mail or phone dispute...AND you have to have EVIDENCE that there is something wrong...LIKE A LETTER FROM THE CREDIT CARD/LOAN COMPANY WITH THE CORRECT WAY TO REPORT IT... PAID/NEVER LATE OPEN/CLOSED BALANCE CREDIT LIMIT "ACCOUNT CLOSED BY CONSUMER"

Many times they "INVESTIGATE" by calling the company and say "DOES THE ACCOUNT OF MARY SMITH HAVE 4 X 30 DAY LATE" They say "YES"...so it is reporting CORRECT!!! Trouble is that you have AUTO PAY with the credit card company and they have a 100% GUARANTEE ON TIME PAYMENT!!!
