an auto refinance? I know this can vary from lender to lender, but was wondering if lenders will refi, even if its for like 3-4k. Anyone know? I know cap1 is 7.5k minimum.
soup, What info do have about this bank? I'm also interested in finding a good refi deal. I need a lender who will accept negs. My score isn't high enough for Generations (they accept old negs). I called Sovereign and the guy didn't know their min score. He said "we expect you to have good credit".
