Is there any OC's that won't del BK

    Is there any OC's that give you a had time and make sure the BK does not get deleted before it's time ?
    I know it is thier right to do so but I was wondering if some are serious hard cases that continue to make sure it remains for the 7 years ?

    in my experience, AMEX, Discover and some credit unions.

    No , the standard OC's , not the full-on BK . From my understanding , the OC can only leave the TL there for a max of 7 years .
    I was wondering how many will make sure it stays there no matter how many disputes you toss at them .

    why would he mean 10 years anyway, since that only applied to a Chapter 7 bk, and he only said BK...I chapter 13 BK would also be 7 years, just like the IIB accounts are 7 years.
