I just wanted to say that since I started reading your site last month, I have accomplished a lot. I have had four inquiries removed and two accts that werent mine were deleted as well. I have removed six or more derog accts from my CR. listed incorrectly. Now i have these left. Here they are: bk from 5/94 sears (late FOREVER in 1997 and 1998 because of unemployment but on time ever since, I got them only to agree to delete a goodwill adjustment of my worst delinquency with them, 10/98, 90 day late) beneficial - paid charge off cap one - paid charge off 5 collection acct - all paid in full two years ago (one listed on EXP, two on TU and FOUR on EX) I sent the nutcase letter to the CAs and Cap one and beneficial. I havent heard back from ANYONE. That means I can now send an estoppel letter right? The date that the 30 days will be up for all of these letters is 3/4/02. Is there anything else I can do to improve my situation? I thought there might be an improvement after all those deletions, but no, there was just a 10 pt. difference. I am currently at 591 (E loan and FICO-EX). I was at 581 when I started last month! Any advice that you have for moving forward would be deeply appreciated!
Did you send the nutcase letter or the validation letter. If you sent the nutcase, sending the estoppel isn't going to do you a bit of good. You send the estoppel 30 days after sending the validation, if they haven't responded.
Re: Is there anything else I can do No, I sent the nutcase letter since all the collections and charge offs are all paid. But as I said, no response to any of them. Should I now send a verification letter?
