Life AFTER Bankruptcy?? We are seeing an Attorney on June 2nd to file and so I know our credit will be virtual trash for years or maybe more. Has anyone been thru Bankruptcy and been able to regain credit??
ABSOLUTELY, there is life after bk. there is sooo much mental relief you will be better off. I will warn you now, until you finish your 341 meeting and the 60 day window, depression, stress and anxiety will be daily emotions. Once you get your discharge papers, you should be able to get a credit card and begin working on your credit score.
Oh am already feeling all those things and more. Have clinical depression,and anxiety as it is and I am already close to losing it. We meet with our Attorney on June 2nd so this will surely be the longest week for us ,and I sure there will be more to come. TY for the link.
