Just called the number.... It's for a credit merchant card to purchase items from any of the 3 catalogs that they offer. THIS IS NOT A VISA OR MASTERCARD. After you have proven your ability to pay, then then "Help" you to get a visa or mastercard. So, bottom line: SCAM!!!!
