In the past 5 months I have 2 accounts on my TU reports from the OC that keep changing the closed dates. They look like this: Trans Union report date: 5/4/03 NMAC closed date of 3-03 Sears Closed date of 3-03 Report date: 4/6/03 NMAC closed date of 2-03 Sears closed date of 1-03 Report date: 3/18/03 NMAC closed date: 2-03 Sears closed date: 1-03 Report date: 1/10/03 NMAC closed date of 6-97 Sears closed date of 11-02 So each tradeline has 3 different closed dates. Is this considered 3 separate violations per tradeline, for a total of 6 violations, and if so, how would I proceed with TU? Should I send them copies and an ITS if not deleted? I would love these tradelines to come off. One is an old repo and the other is very new. What should I do?
I don't know about the "legal" stuff.. but you can send them your old report and show them that they renewed the date.
