When I filed bk 7 I listed my Providian acct. For the Life of me I can not get this to update as discharged, instead it say paid as agreed/sold. I have written them with the discharge papers and My schedule F as well as provided copies to the 3 major. Should I worry?
It's reporting as a positive paid account so leave it alone. Why change it to a Neg. BK listing.?????? Another thing never send a CA copies of your BK papers. ******Just hope they don't update as you insisted.
Thanks I was just worried that they would try to reage the account or some collection agency will pop on my credit report.
