is this hard pull a violation?

I currently have a credit card that was reporting wrong info to TU. I contacted customer support and they insisted they were reporting correct info, and I insisted they did not (and had copies of CR to prove it). They said they would mail me a copy of my CR in the mail to prove they were reporting accurately.

Turns out they were wrong and admitted it, BUT, I checked my TU today and noticed they performed TWO hard pulls. I never authorized them to make two hard pulls, although I do have a credit card with them. Does that authorize them to do a hard pull whenever they want? Or must they do it under an "account review" which would be a soft pull?

Can I sue them? They refuse to remove the hard pull and I have some other issues I want to sue them for in small claims court. If these two hard pulls are violations then it will definitely push me over the edge to sue.

They "CAN" pull all the "HARDS" they want...BUT they don't have to~~that is what AR'S are for!!!

They pay a FEE for PRM'S, AR'S, and "HARDS"

    (just guessing)

    PRM'S are say $1.00 each
    AR'S are say $2.00 each
    "HARDS" are say $4.00 each

WHY DO A "HARD" WHEN YOU CAN DO A "SOFT" AND SAVE MONEY???
