Ok, so I've been having problems with TU regarding my name and addy changes. I have called them and written them and gotten nowhere. I thought I would send them a PR letter. Please read and let me know what you think. Thanks. To Whom it May Concern: This letter is a formal request for the description of the procedures used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the disputed information, included in my dispute of names and addresses dated 9/21/03. You sent me a form letter stating that the names and addresses were being reported to you by my creditors and you had no control over this. I strongly disagree and ask that you re-investigate. I have looked at my report and noticed that I have no creditors reporting information to you at this time. I have applied for credit recently using my correct name and address. If you had taken time to investigate this, you would have noticed the correct information and deleted what I asked you to. I am disappointed that you have failed to maintain reasonable procedures to assure complete accuracy in the information you publish, and insist you comply with the law by providing the requested information within the 15 days allowed. For your benefit, and as a gesture of my goodwill, I will restate the relevant dispute: These are incorrect listings of my name: Names: BarbsRandys Randisbarb The following addresses are not correct and need to be deleted: My Lane your City, SC 99999 Your Lane My City, 99999 As already stated, the listed items are inaccurate and incomplete, and is a very serious error in reporting. I have already supplied you with a copy of my current Driverâ??s License and a copy of a current utility bill stating my correct name and address.
