Wow....this place is amazing! I have so much more to read, but need to get this process rolling. I just got a letter from sunrise credit (who the account was placed with from sherman aquisition) stating I need to contact them within 30 days or the debt is valid. The account was originally sears for 7000.00. 1. send validation letter to sunrise 2. send validation letter to sherman 3. send dispute letter to cra (when/if report it. Is this right?? please bear with me ....this is a whole new world I am learning about!! ~dw
