I never did go bankrupt with my bank, but their is one account from my bank that does show included in bankruptcy. The only activity shows on the account is last reported and date of last activity.
Did you file for bankruptcy at all? When one does that, ALL creditors are notified, at some point whether you want them to know or not. If it's not yours because you did not file, dispute it with the CRA's as 'not mine'. They have to match the SSN on the court docket to the one on the CR. The other thing it could be is if you are on a loan with someone whom filed for BK. Let us know.
