I ask Chase to close one account and combine with another. They never close the acount or combine but added a whole new card. I want to keep it,but I am not sure is this wrong. Would the right thing to do is to call chase and let them know?
If you want to keep the new card, just call them and have them make sure they CLOSE the old one this time. Smitty I always wanted to be somebody, but I should have been more specific.
