A mortgage I closed on back in September just now hit the 3 cra's. Equifax - Went up 3 points Experian - Dropped 5 points Transunion - Dropped 52 POINTS!!! The only difference I can see while comparing the 3 reports is that Transunion failed to list "Date of Last Activity". It is showing "Not on Record" Could that be the reason for dramitic drop? 645 to 593 overnight!!!
Random Number Generator. I think the general consensus is that the scoring system never seems to make sense to the consumer - therfore, it must be an RNG behind the scenes.
