There are LATE payments that show up on my tri-merge but not on my CR!!! what?! anyone else have this happen?
Yep, when applying for mortgage some way old collections from NCO showed up on the tri-merge but was nowhere to be found on any of the CR's. Luckily I had my letters from the CRA's from like 3 or 4 years earlier when it had been deleted. I was shocked. So it tells you that even though the CRA says something is deleted, it is still somewhere deep in their files and shows up at the most inopportune time.
