I am a bit nervous still cus I've received error messages, plus my screen name mysteriously changed from "ithinkican" to "display68" hmmmm? how can that be? At any rate...any advice on dealing with Equifax? When I called them asking why did they delete a positive tradeline, they deleted my entire FILE and now will not deal with me! When I tried to order a report with Fico, I received a "cannot generate a Fico score" message. I have 702 on TransUnion and 695 on Exp!!!!
Sue Equifax. Actually, you should probably write them a letter, if they don't restore your file, sue them. Maybe apply for credit somewhere that pulls EQ, then see if you get turned down for no credit history, then use that as a basis to sue.
darkdoj, If you fix it, they will come. Everyone will be back, or most of them anyway. When I did my last post I got the "problem with the database" message, but when I went back and refreshed my post was really there. It's also been REALLY, REALLY S-L-O-W. So it may still have some bugs. I wonder if we'll ever find out what happened?
Post a note on creditboards .Some went over there during the big 2004 CreditNet BLACKOUT! Let Em know we're up and running and invite them back.
i cannot tell you guys how relieved i am. i had no idea i was so addicted to this site until it was gone. its amazing what got done around my house in the last few days, lol. anyway, glad to see everyone, and really glad i can search the board again. i think i'll get busy printing everything i find -- just incase off to buy more paper!
