Okay, I'm ready to sue Experian!!

I'm fed up with the "Previously Investigated" responses, and now left with no alternative but ITS... So what are the proper steps/procedure so that I do not make any mistakes in mt emotionally charged mental state!!

The quick summary is a TL disputed several times (Sunoco). I have requested Procedural Evidence twice (same "auto response" ...), disputed with over 30 days elapsed, no response or deletion. Follow up letter of deletion demand responded to with "Previously Investigated".

I have requested validation from OC, that was ignored, 2nd request for validation in process....

I've hit the wall on this one guys, so how do I sue?

I guess the most obvious question is - what exactly is the inaccuracy?

It may be better to first dispute it with the source of the trade line. After they refuse to correct the matter, then you sue BOTH of them. You sue the source for failure to excercis eproper diligence and maintain maximum accuracy in their reporting and you sue the CRA for failure to properly investigate and failure to delete unverified (if that's the case).

Now, you would sue BOTH for ALL violations and let THEM argue in Court whose responsibility it is.

The most pressing inaccuracy is DOLA; the TL is a CO that is about five years old. However, Sunoco just started reporting after five years of not. This was for everyone, not just me. They say they didn't have the "technology".

So, in brief, the TL is now reported as "CO" a/o each current month. It has changed from 120 days in July, to 180, etc. My FICO score even details it as "in the recent month" as a neg factor.

There was originally a discrepancy over the billing iself, as I was charged for promotional items.

So, the aging of the TL as recent CO is killing my score. I have disputed with both parties, each one says they are reporting "correctly", and it's the others fault.

Looks like you will have to sue both and let the court sort it out.
