I sent in copies of the BK DISCHARGE - file date - circled BONY - and thanked them for all their help. I knew it was difficult to keep millions of files up to date. Its at $3100 LOL JCB BK/NA SUMMIT ACCEPT - Paid Cap One Auto Finance loan WFS - current installment loan etc etc But no balances on anything except the A4 I am down to $16K left on that one. nope - we were talking total credit lines of only $30K. AMEX Charge still made my life return to normal during the Chap 13 - and really built my credit. like you - I started rebuilding the month after I filed - when Providian and Cap One send me offers - the old high risk cards did pay off for me. aarff - this BIGFOOT doc is in northeast OK - just outside Adair LOL.... Theat same video of the beast walking through the woods LOL Amazing, but as I look through it MBNA is reporting my old 1994 card for $5000 as paid/never late. oh well...I don't want to bother EXP too much for the moment - they treated me very very nicely - becuase I ASKED for their HELP and THANKED THEM. Congrats, Dog! I know exactly how you are feeling! My Providian is still open but has been unused for the past year. I got that the month after filing so it is just about a seven year old account now with limit over $10K. I had Amex before the filing, got in in 1995. I had $0 bal so didn't include them in the filing. I started with Green and used it loyaly every month, before during and after the BK. I was always afraid they would cancel me during their numerous AR's. But, in 1999, they auto-upgraded me to Gold. Received renewal Gold card yesterday -- member since 1995, expires in 2007! Blue here I come, hopefully all will be clear at EQ and TU in 12 days! I am thinking of it as the "12 days of credit" ! -NiceGuy
