Both continental onepass and american aadvantage participate in the idine program. They also have a separate idine program that gives you up to a 20% rebate on your total check, but it comes with a yearly fee (I prefer the miles - 10, sometimes 20 miles per $ spent at participating restaurants)

I've registered cards on each program and I have racked up over 80k miles in Aadvantage miles alone.
