Sam I closed Spiegel last Thursday and I received a letter from them regarding it on Tuesday! How long did you have your Citi silver before switching it to Platinum?
I had this AA silver in my wallet for nearly a month now... I never activated it. Bored at work today so i figured, why not. I asked to switch to illumina, they said sorry, no dice. Okay switch to plat select. You can get the citi smart card, same rate as plat select too.
