I now have CA on five violations. They verified two disputes today with EX bringing them up to the five. To date, they've ignored three validation letters. I'm sending estoppel tomorrow and giving them seven days. I'm sure they won't respond so during this time I'd like to prepare my ITS letter. Can anyone point me to some ITS letters so I can some ideas on how to word mine? Thanks!
