Well, since the search function isn't working I'm wondering if anyone out there has an ITS I could look at. I've never written one but am considering sending one to a CA. This CA did not validate a debt with me that I requested about 6 months ago, though they did remove it from my CRs. However, I still get a collection notice from them every month. The last collection notice had a little blurb up top that said "We have enclosed the paperwork you requested" though the only thing in the envelope was the collection notice itself. Thanks
