for my mortage. I'm due to close on a townhouse the 25th of this month. Thanks to everyone on this board. FYI my reports aren't totally clean. I have 2 paid judgements 2 paid collections. 2 years of no lates I was approved for a 30 year coventional loan at 6%. I was also approved for my citie's downpayment assistance program. They approved me for 20% down at 0% interest. when I checked eloan my scores were 654. So I really don't know what my scores are.

Congrats. A year ago I was in the low 400s. Now my scores are below and I am about to spend my 3rd night in my new home.
Congrats, There is no better news than hearing someone is becoming a homeowner. I'm 2 tradelines away myself and hope to be there by the end of the year.
I myself just got approved for my home I was excited especially when I had a low 410 on 1/22/02 and had it at a 600 before 5/2/02 so I am really happy for you. <Of all the things I miss I miss my mind the most>
