I'm sure lots of you have gone through the nutcase letter experience... hope you can help me. I sent my first nutcase letter to a CA, and got no reply back. I just sent my "son of a nutcase" letter yesterday. My question is, since no one replied me the first time (and I don't know who read/ignored it), I have been unable to direct my letters to someone in particular. I've just been addressing them as "Dear Sir/Madam" Will this make a difference if I have to go to court (something tells me they may not meet my 5 day deadline)? Basically, I'm not sure who is receiving my letters as they're not directed to any one person. Thanks a lot in advance!
no, it won't make a difference if you are sending the crrr... if you don't send them certified, then you will have a problem. Iwould try to send them to a person whenever possible though. try searching the bbb locally or a google search, or even sec of state for ceo/president.. you could even call and ask. The higher up the food chain, the more likely you are to get some action!
Now that's what makes me wonder about the return receipt. The return receipt was signed, but the person never "printed" his/her name. The signature itself isnt quite readable. I can barely make out what was written there. So I wonder if this was intentional. Hope this doesnt hurt me if I do need to sue them
