I have sent LizardKing's (I think) validation letter to Central Financial Control. After playing nice via phone and fax, I still cannnot get them to delete TWO collections in exchange for payment of measly $70! I'm now moving into the heavy artillary. I'll keep you posted and let you know if it works. Tom
