Sorry that you experienced this issue. It infuriates me when HR and management promote that sort of thing in the workplace. Good for you for having self respect and suing! You make all of *us* proud. Yes, exactly.
Re: A Couple of comments.... As a retired military member and a Desert Storm veteran, I can categorically state that the "ready to eat" food packets we are dropping, taste little better than the fruitcake probably does at this point.
Re: Fruitcakes Send all your fruitcakes to me. I'm the one guy who actually eats them. Of course, there's no need to include any white, powdery substances along with them... I think the men should have sued for not getting fruitcakes.
