Do you get the money paid to court back for bonding someone out of jail thru a bondsman? If so, who do you call. I know you don't get back their commission.
If you use a bondsman, what you pay him is gone. You will have to pay him 12% (I think) of the court set bond. You shouldn't have to pay the court anything. If you pay the entire bond, you get it all back once the case is settled in court.
