There seems to be quite a bit of mixed feelings about Janum on this board. What is the overall feeling? I cannot tell if it is worth it or not. Do they get results? Just wondering, Illini
Illini, I've been a Junum customer since March 10, 2001. They have deleted 2 negative accounts on my TU report. One was re-inserted. They've also had three positive trade lines deleted from TU report. The only reason I haven't canceled my account is because Junum waived my monthly fee for the next four months. If they don't get any results by then, I will cancel the service. Manny
24/25 deletions (depending on who is counting, they count one less than I do) and 9 for hubby..they are definitely on my "gotta love 'em list."
Junum has gotten me 14 negatives deleted (none re-inserted) since March 2001. Some are happy some are not but I would guess 100% customer satisfaction is always unheard of, you just don't have this much access to feedback. Junum does nothing you can not do yourself, although there are some who swear Junum has been able to delete things they could not on their own. As for me, I have not done any disputing myself so I have no comparison. There is a good recent thread posted by PsychDoc which outlines 3 or 4 of the popular credit repair and credit advice services: CLICK FOR THREAD Also you can do a search for Junum and get a myriad or responses for further edification. -Dave
Illini...I totally agree that a search of all junum's discussions on this board will give you a balanced picture and one that should be the basis for any decision paired with your personal experience. Good luck to you.
