Does Amex check Equifax in Texas. I already looked at the www.millcbs.com board. Wondering if there is any recent information. And what should your FICO score be for an approval? Reshod
What card are you referring to?? I was told I needed a 12 month credit history, no delinquencies for the green and although I wasn't given a exact FICO score requirement, Jason mentioned low to mid 600's. Mom
Sorry, but I cannot tell you exact FICO scores and it does depend on what card you want. Also, AMEX reports to the big 3 CRA's, but it also depends on what account you have 'cause sometimes they do not.
Jason, I would like to know if Amex would issue the Amex green to me. I filed for bk-13 in 96' and was discharged in 00'. My CRA reports do not show any derogs from Amex (just the opposite). Since my bk filing I've maintain a perfect payment history. Best regards, Sam
Sorry, but I cannot say for certain, but chances would sound slime even with no derogs in AMEX. The only way to know for certain is to apply--you really have nothing tpo lose and 1 inquiry will not kill ya. Good luck!
