YUP - after reading many posts here about the cool JCB Card, I went for it - found out I was APPROVED and it is on the way. I do not know the CL yet but got a voicemail saying the card will be here by Friday. My EXP was about 670 - and I had only 5% credit utilization - and the Chap 13 still shows from Oct 1996. You can check them out at: www.jcbusa.com - BUT REMEMBER - they only issue to US citizens in 5 states - CAL of course being number one. Now, when I pay for that $5.00 candy bar at Neiman Marcus, I will pull the JCB. I think it does have a GREAT MYSTIQUE - hmm - what kind of card is this and hmm - looks exclusive. It'll go great with my STILL GREEN CARD from Amex...and with their GREAT CASHBACK benefit - I may use JCB for plane tickets INSTEAD of AMEX. Still carry the CAP One PLAT - limit stays at $5900. My wallet will now have 3 cards: AMEX GREEN Cap One PLAT MC JCB Card YUP - good to go - ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. That's real freedom - the ABILITY to be able to fly to TOKYO or ROME or LV tonight - and have people BE POLITE everywhere you stay Of course the AMEX GREEN CARD gave me that freedom - worldwide - the day I got it. But now, I have ASIA and AUSTRALIA covered too! arff - dogman

I hope to be able to qualify next year when some of my neg stuff falls off when SOL expires... I have a pesky ch7 bk from 10/98, but you've given me hope if JCB approved your app w/ a ch 13. Canine Credit Congratulations!!! I'd love to have one...that would be just the thing to impress my Japanese students. If I could move back to California, maybe I could get one.
