I got my experian update and apparently Lex only disputed 1 account. That was my car loan that was showing incorrectly 2 - 30 day lates. The entire account was deleted. But, considering the creditor sent them a fax update stating pays as agrees - never late, I'm not sure why they deleted it.
Thanks for the update - LKH. Only one account was disputed by Lexington. This does not sound too promising. I do remember reading that this is a Lex approach from others here on the board. The deletion is probably Experian's fault. Do you still have Creditexpert, how has this afffected your credit score? Are you going to have to try and have the car loan reinserted and of course corrected? It would be interesting if Jason sees this thread and posts some comments to you. Best regards - Jim
