I just can't believe all of this is happening, I mean I was so nervous, and I know you were the first to help me and I just want to say thanks...we got TL deleted and they must have pulled a good report to give us 5.75 so I am excited! I am sure VA helps... Like I said thanks and I will post pic as soon as we move in, we PCS June 3 so they said we would be able to close July 3 so wow, well talk to you soon....take care
Teresa, Do you mind if I ask details? We don't PCS until 2005, but more than likely we will be going to Texas too, and looking at the Real Estate market there I really really want to buy a house there. Do you mind filling me in from start to finish how you are doing this? From VA to finding a house to working on a mortgage??
