    jrjr - I have seen several posts where you always congratulate others on their achievements. I bet you are a really nice person to sit down and really talk with. I bet people feel comfortable with you :)

    You even congratulated me on getting that small
    $300 check offer from Cap One. The Cap One offer was and is a nice gesture - and I am sure others will get larger versions of the deal.

    BUT it meant a lot just seeing your post saying "Congratulations." Made me feel good.
