Hi what does APPLICATION/ORDER TO VACATE STAY GRANTED. mean... ? on another unsatified judgement we are dealing with my DH nobely hunted down the closed company he has a judgement with they are unwilling to take a settlement. I looked up the case number online and this is what it says..I can't find what a "vacate stay granted" means help anyone ? Thanks yet again... jamie
