i have credit card with citibank and i owe them $10,000.00. it just turned to collection agency last month. what are the chances they go for judgement when i don't have any property under my name except my car ? i don't have a job neither. What happenes after judgement ? Can i still ignore them ? If i can't pay , what will happen to me ?
they'll try to sue you, if they know where you work ,good chance they can garnish you. Its not likely for them to get your car. You just started the 7 year clock good luck
