Just logged on to CreditExpert to find a new Public Record alert listed for Arrow Financial in the amount of $339. This appears to be an old First Premier account that is mine but I've never received anything in the mail from Arrow. I don't think I've ever even SPOKEN with anyone from Arrow. What is the next best step....validation? Could they even do this in the first place without contacting me by mail?

It's too late for validation - if they already got a judgment, they validated the debt to the court's satisfaction.
You need to go to court and bring an action to vacate the judgment since you were not properly notified

You need to get a REAL credit report.

Your "alert" of a "public record" is likely just a notice of an entry from the CA and NOT a record of any Court judgment.

To double check, go online to your County records and see what, if anything is recorded.

You should opt out and delete old addrsses to prevent future poisoning of your reports.

If the Arrow account is reporting, you should dispute it as "obsolete".
