Judgement from Capital One?

    Hey guys,

    Quick Question. I have 2 collection accounts from Capital one.

    $1100
    $3200

    What are the chances of them filing a judgement to collect this money?

    Anyone ever deal with them like this? Collection agency is threatening wage garnishment, etc..

    planet feedback Mr.Cooke see if he can help you, I'm not sure, but many on this board have got great help from him, but your situation is different, however he still may be able to help you.

    As for Capital One filing a lawsuit in hopes to win the judgment...perhaps very likely. Less than $1200 owed to collection agency and their fees and i was served. As for what Capital One charged off, not sure. I also asked for validation and did not receive it Send a validation letter. I doubt you will get proper validation. By the way, what collection agency are you dealing with on this Cap One account?
