Hello, Someone I know had a judgement placed against them a year ago for a debt around 7000. The original debt was from 5 years ago. Recently they moved out of the area and did not know they were served with Interogettories for this. How soon can they place a lien or garnish accts., and wages? He and his wife share accts. Can they garnish his acct. if it is also his wifes? He would like to try to settle for less but does not know if the CA will accept. Thanks for your help
