I have a medical judgement on my credit, in an attempt to dispute it I went to the county web site where it is recorded, when I searched for my name under the category "Judgements" the search came back with "no results" does anyone know if the copy of the web page and the web address will be enough for the credit bureau to delete the judgement or will they contact the creditor or attorney in this case?
if it is a judgement, they will *verify* with the court the record is filed. not sure if a copy of the webpage will be suffice for the CRA's. give a call to the court house they can check by the case number which should be on your CR. on the website, you should be able to type in the case number to check that way.
