Ok I lived in FL and owned a home, well starting have financial problems anyways, my home went into foreclosure in 1998 filed ch 13 which was later dismissed.....then again went back into foreclosure in Feb. 1999.again dismissed in 2001. Well from what I understand The mortgage company had to receive a Judgment in order to start the foreclosure process, well i lost the home in 2001 and the mortgage company sold for above what i owed , therefore I didnt owe them anything and they reported as paid as agreed. My question how do I try to dispute the Two judgments on my public record? they list as
    Judgment
    Feb,1999
    Foreclosed

    Judgment
    Apr 1998
    Foreclosed

Is there anyway to dispute these or am I stuck with them for the 7 years?
I dispute once with equifax but of course it came back verified, did this before removing my previous addresses(mistake i now know). Should I wait till the previous addresses are removed and try again?

    1. ck with the local court and see if there is an actual judgment against you,it could be a false reporting record.

2 .I would contact the CRa and dispute the judgment again and mention that it is not possible to have two judgments that close together in time for the same thing forclosure ?

each state has its own time limits for judgments how long they are enforceable, I would ck with the local court to find out.if you do have one and who was served and how it was obtained.
