    Hi everyone,

I'm still a newbie so be patience with me. I need to ask the experts here if a judgment reads included in bankruptcy can I now file a motion to vacate. I checked with cook county circuit court is cost $90 bucks. So I need to make sure I can win this thing. I'm one year out of my bankruptcy and still cashless lol.

On your 3 credit reports how are the judgments actually being reported? Is the status blank or do they say ANYTHING about bankruptcy? If you are accurate as to how they are actually being reported I can help you on this.

It may be possible to skip the motion to vacate and you could save some money and time. I have ideas on this.
