    Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knew the laws about judgements, specifically about being served court summons papers, etc. The reason I ask is because on my EX report only it shows 2 judgements from 2 years ago. I was never made aware that I was being sued or that a judgement was filed against me. Doesn't the Plantiff have to prove to the court that I was served or that every attempt to serve me has been made because I would of showed up for those judgements if given a chance. I lived in the same place for over 5 years. I need to know what you all suggest as my best approach to getting rid of those on my report.

    Thanks in advance,

No because a Plantiff don't have the authority to serve anyone.

They do have to file a proof of service with the court. They probably filed a perjurious one in order to get the default judgment against you.
