I have a judgement on one of my CR's. I have dispute the judgement because the amount is very incorrect. I want the CR to verify the amount and correct it. I still owe on the account, but now it is the principal of the matter. What can I do to have this resolved. What can I do now because the debt has been brought by a collection agency. They do have the correct amount?. Please any suggestions.

You are probably fighting a real tough battle all the way around.
The collection agency can and very well may go ahead and go for garnishment on the judgement.
Just getting it off your credit bureau isn't likely to help you a lot. It will take more than that because the collection agency will just get it put back on again.

If you will email me I will try to give you some free suggestions on how to go about getting rid of the whole thing.

There are at least a couple of ways to go about it.
one is to fight the collection agency and the other is to try to find reason to get the judgement vacated in court.
