Hi How long does it take for collection agency to process judgements or do you go to court first??? What about garnishments against bank accts or paycheck??? Can they do this with out you knowing about it first??? Please advise anything you know about these I would appreciate the information on what to expect ahead of time. We live in Mn if that helps.
